1. Shop announcement.

You really should use it daily, or every other day. Almost Summer, create some Summer themed cards and announce it.

2. Listings.

More listings. I had my first sales when I had around 100 designs. Everything under this, you must be lucky to sell at all. It’s a business, you want money. You can’t be serious to expect success with 3 floral postcards.

3. Did you check the price of others?

I know, I know, it’s your special baby. But. I found that somebody sells now digital download printable floral birthday cards for around 50 p. You can’t beat that with higher prices at the moment, adjust your prices. You want sales and it’s a digital product, it’s not like you have to pack and post it via royal mail, it’s a download, so adjust your prices!!! If you will have thousands of sales, then you can go higher with the prices. Be realistic and not arrogant.

4. Social media.

Do you have Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, tumblr etc for your business? On those 4 sites that I mentioned can be shared links (Instagram in the stories). You really should post your products daily with links to drive traffic. Lot of people sell printables on Etsy and people won’t find you if you don’t promote it outside of Etsy.

5. Listings again.

Do videos. Open a tiktok, make a video with your pics, if you can’t do it then do with the templates, use CapCut, whatever and download it and upload to Etsy.

6. Fill out everything.

Announcement, policy, return, about, answer on reviews, be active!

7. Title & hashtags

Check the most popular printables title and collect and use info of them! Wording, hashtags, description style, everything. Don’t use these AI generated fake standard texts, people can recognize it easily and they are fed up with it. If you decide to use them, at least change it a bit. Trust me. People nowadays want real stuff.
