-What’s the difference between their product photos and yours?

-Check the account they follow, you may find key information in those accounts.

-Compare their prices with yours.

-What time do they post?

-How often do they post?

Adjust your content strategy accordingly. But don’t simple copy them, see it like a free exclusive course and learn from them.
